M Five Rentals was born out of two passions: a love for real estate and a gift for hospitality. Brandon Mercado always dreamed of owning investment properties. Danielle Mercado studied hospitality management in college — she knew, long before they bought their first home, that creating exceptional experiences for guests was her calling.

When they purchased Hilltop Hollow and listed it as a short-term rental, something clicked. Danielle's eye for design transformed the space into a place guests genuinely loved — and her relentless focus on the guest experience turned that into nearly 80 five-star reviews in their first year alone.
